How do I return an item?

Returns & Replacements:

If you've purchased Foods Alive products purchased at wholesale, and are unhappy with your order for any reason, simply call 260-488-4497 to arrange for a replacement or refund/credit for the purchased product(s), within 14 days. Please include the item name, expiration date and the reason. Shipping charges are not refundable. No returns are accepted after the 14-day period. We will exchange damaged materials. 

If it is determined that the purchaser wants to return the item(s) due to their own error, then the purchaser is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the product to Foods Alive, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied. If it is determined that Foods Alive is in error, then Foods Alive will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred with returning the product to Foods Alive, and there is no re-stocking fee. Returned merchandise should be shipped using some traceable method such as UPS.
